About 999kg

Our Story

999kg was founded with a single clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a premium, trustworthy online gaming experience without compromise. We saw a gap in the market — local players deserved a platform that understood their language, their payment preferences, and their passion for cricket and casino entertainment. So we built one.

From our headquarters serving the Bangladesh market, 999kg has grown into one of the region's most recognized names in online betting and casino gaming. We partner with globally renowned game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — to deliver a catalogue that spans thousands of slot titles, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets. Every product we offer has been hand-selected for quality, fairness, and local relevance.

Since our launch, we have processed millions of transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the payment channels that Bangladeshi players rely on daily. We are proud that our platform is trusted by players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, and every corner of Bangladesh. Our growth reflects one thing above all else: the trust our players place in us every time they log in.

Our Mission and Values

At 999kg, our mission is straightforward: deliver a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment that respects both the excitement of online gambling and the responsibility that comes with it. We are guided by five core values that shape every decision we make — from product design to customer service.

• Player Trust — we build and maintain trust through transparent operations, SSL-encrypted security, and consistent fair play across every game we offer.
• Local First — every feature, payment method, and support channel is designed around the needs of Bangladeshi players, not adapted from a foreign template.
• Responsible Gaming — we proactively promote healthy play habits, provide self-exclusion tools, and enforce a strict 21+ age policy across the entire platform.
• Quality Without Compromise — we work exclusively with certified, internationally recognised game providers so every RNG outcome is independently verified and every live table is streamed at broadcast quality.
• Continuous Improvement — we listen to player feedback and regularly update our platform, bonus structure, and game library to stay ahead of what our community needs.

What Makes 999kg Different

Built for Bangladeshi Players

999kg was designed from the ground up with the Bangladeshi market in mind. We understand that our players want fast, friction-free deposits using the apps already on their phones — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are not afterthoughts here, they are first-class payment options with dedicated processing pipelines. Our customer support team is fluent in local needs and available around the clock to help with anything from account queries to withdrawal guidance.

We celebrate Bangladesh's sporting culture. When the Bangladesh Tigers take the field, 999kg's betting markets light up with BPL, ICC T20, and bilateral series coverage. We also cover kabaddi, football (including local SAFF Championship fixtures), and international events — so no matter what sport you follow, 999kg has a market for it. Our platform feels familiar because it was designed by people who care deeply about this country and its players.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

999kg takes responsible gaming seriously. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy and provide every registered player with access to deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion tools, and account cooling-off periods. Gambling should always remain a form of entertainment — the moment it stops being fun, we want players to know they have full control to pause or stop. Our dedicated responsible gaming page provides detailed guidance for anyone who feels they may need support.

We also partner with independent organisations that specialise in gambling addiction awareness and player welfare. If you or someone you know may be struggling with gambling-related issues, please reach out to our support team at any time — we are here to help, not just to host games. For adults aged 21 and above only.
